December 23, 2009 - Meet the Humane Society Fundraising event

From 11am to 2pm we open our doors to the general public, display our work and serve local punch for any donation of EC $5 or more.

 

 

One week summer programs - July and August 2010

Our summer session programs at our educational facility in Roseau were repeated this year (click here for photos of the latest ones) and here is the line-up for the summer 2010:

 

July 5 - July 9 : Where the Wild Things Are (children age 12-14)

We’ll visit the rainforest’s canopy via aerial tram, receive a talk from the Forestry Ministry at the Botanical Garden and travel to the Emerald Pool, among other activities.

 

July 19 -July 22 : Sea for Yourself (children age 12-14)

We’ll learn everything there is to know about the sea and its inhabitants.

Snorkeling, tubing, whale watching among other activities.

 

August 9 - August 12 : Know your Pet (children 8-10)

We’ll learn everything there is to know about caring for our pets, including a visit at the veterinary clinic, crafts and fun and games at the Botanical Garden.
